the driver side rear wheel leans in at the top and wears the inside of the tire down within three months what is causing this and how do i fix it

Need to go to a shop and get an alignment they do make rear shims for this car but sounds like you have something bent to be that bad. If you tell the shop you want an alignment they will check the parts and tell you what's wrong or fix it.
