98 Chevy Camaro 3.8L. "Security" light stays illuminated on the dashboard. What is the problem? Also, wipers work but then shut off after running for awhile and you have to keep switching the speed from off to high to keep it working but I have to do it more than once to keep it going but keeps shutting off. Is this a wiper motor problem or wiring problem?

Also ran into a small bump when i was changing the spark plug wires. We have an ALLDATA system and i saw a picture of the 3 coil packs and on the ALLDATA it listed the cylinders 1 and 4 in the reverse order than the actual coil pack that was on the car. Which is the correct cylinders. i dont want to connect cylinder 1 into cylinder 4 on accident.

on the wiper motor you might find a small ground strap that is broken, you 'll hav eto pull themotor andtake the cover off. you might be able to resolder it and the motor might work ok then.
