I am just wondering if the car pulls to the right which way do they turn the tie rod to align it. Same thing with if the car pulls to the left which way do they turn the tie rod to align it. I would never do this I know you have to have the gauge for the tire. Thanks.

The question can't be answered. It matters what the initial measurements are to determine which way to turn. NOTE: Most times, a sticking brake caliper is the cause of a pull left or right.
