When driving and getting up to 40 mph my car starts to bog and seems its at a struggle and my check engine starts to flash but I have changed everything I can think of fuel pump,fuel filter,spark plugs,plug wires,coil packs,pcv,mass air flow sensor,water pump.please what could still be causing this

have a pro scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first. he can freeze frame it an dlook at the readings . it sounds like an intermittent problem.
