1998 Chevrolet Camaro Bright Light

The lights work fine but can not turn on the Bright lights, do not hear the click of the switch, and have checked the fuses, have even tried to flash the brights and no luck can you help

That is probably a problem with the dimmer switch itself but you would have to test the wiring at the switch. The headlight signal comes in on the yellow wire and the high beam signal goes out on the Lt Green wire. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/79235900.gif
