Upon initial startup engine idle
surges up and down on its own
Sometimes it will die
But if I rev it up one time it will smooth the
Idle back out . What's causing this ?

Also forgot to mention that sometimes
the surging could start when at idle in
park and I turn steering
wheel a bit and release it.
