What would cause this happen

What would cause the dash light and all gages go crazy, all warning lights come on, when opening the doors fog lights come on but not interior lights, ac kicks on by its self, back hatch opens by its self, windows run slow if work at all

Check for applicable trouble codes. To check codes yourself, at the least you need an obd2 code reader for generic as well as manufacturer specific codes. I'd have to check voltage and ground circuits at the instrument cluster. Go from there.

Sorry your question is too vague. I see nothing labeled, "main cab ground". There are many ground circuits.
