No communication

I have no communication with the vehicles ECM I have even changed it out I have also checked all the fuses still I have no communication Help

If the ECM is good, check wiring to and from it. Chece to make sure the wiring harness is in good condition and not corroded.

Thank you so very much it turned out to be the cigarette lighter fuse It did not burn at the top like most fuses it burned at the side near the pin at the bottom the DLC and that circuit share the same darn fuse :)
