Everytime i step on the gas my voltage meter goes down to about 9 volts and the battery light comes on. Then when i let off the gas the volt meter goes back up and light goes off. It has a brand new battery in it. Checked and made sure my terminals are clean and that my belt is tight on the altinator. What could be the problem?
