But today my car turned off while stopped at a red light it won't turn back on

I recently had my fuel pump replaced. It will turn on for a second after I spray starter fluid in the carburetor. Is it my fuel pump again, is it the wires, is it a fuse?

did they change the connector which is very common for a failing or failed fuel pump. get a shop to check it to confirm.
