dashboard lights?

I need to know what controls the dash lights that light up the radio and heater controls

This is controlled by the instrument cluster integration control module located behind the dash near the radio.

INSTRUMENT PANEL INTEGRATION MODULE (IPM)
Center of the instrument panel, above the radio (part of the climate control panel)
