1998 Cadillac Seville Electrical Problem

When starting car, memory would reset seats, temp, and fans. All at once, power seat for driver does not work, power windows (except driver's) does not work, fan does not work

Tried new On/Off Power switch, no change

I am assuming you have checked the fuses under the rear seat for these items-seat/mirror. Otherwise it will have to be scanned to see if the rim module is screwing up . A pro will need to do it. any garage with a scanner can do it not necessarily a dealer. For the fan I am assuming it s the one for heat and that will need to be scanned as well as you have automatic temp control.
