Spark control module

Where is the spark control module on a 98 eldorado etc northstar engine? Car cranks but won't turn over. Not getting spark to the coils.

The coils are sitting on top of the ignition control module. There is no spark control module. You have two crank sensors that are wired directly to that module, as well as a power and ground. The rest is PCM circuitry for spark timing and trigger.
