headlights on my 98 el dorado wont turn on...seems as everything else works..fuses?

Check B+(12Volts) at the Orange wire at the headlamp relay located in the under-hood relay center, this should be B+(12V) at all times, I have started to notice on the older Cadillacs alot of corroded wires underneath that relay center under the hood, worth a look.
