In the aspect of not starting all the way, what does it do? Does the key rotate through all positions normally? When in the start position, does the engine turn over(crank), or not? If it does crank, does it not start and run, or eventually start and run? Are there any messages on the drivers info center?

The car cranks but will not start there are no messages on the drivers info center. We tried to locate the wire to prime it but couldn't find it.

I am not certain if it has a prime connector. One way to determine if it is fuel that is causing the no start, would be to introduce starter fluid into the throttle bore. Crank it and see if it starts, or tries to start and run. If it exhibits no desire to fire, it may not be fuel. If it does, you have a fuel problem. First would be to check the fuel pressure, and if there is pressure, check for injector pulse.
