1998 Cadillac Concours Car Riding Too High Level Ride Sstem Dosnt Seem Working

the car is riding too high, the level ride sstem dosnt seem to be working. The code rss c1732 cites the problem as "exhaust solenoid valve short to ground" Does it seem right ?. The cvrss completes the circuit by providing a ground for the compressor and the relay circuits.

first, the code number does not come up. re check the code for us.

check the solenoid first. use a ohm meter to measure resistance of the solenoid, should be about 12-14 ohms.
