1998 Cadillac Catera Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 86000 miles. I have to put antifreeze in my car every 2 months and I don't see it leaking out of my car anywhere. But you can smell it burning. What could be the problem?

Your heater control valve, its behind the intake, close to the firewall, usually when this leaks it leaks a lot, it drips on the transmission. Other places is the oil cooler gasket leaks 2 ways; oil in the coolant (bad oil cooler), or leaks down the back on to the transmission like the heater control valve. Since it is a small leak I would check the gasket to the oil cooler, this is under the intake( the bottom one) remove the plenum (top Intake) to see the bottom intake. If your going to take it off do not over tighten the bottom intake its plastic and you will crack it.
