what is the order to install push rods.. 3.1 motor. ex.. short and long rods go where??

what order for push rods..long or short??

I don't see anything specifying a particular order. I've never in my 30-plus years of turning wrenches worried what order to install push rods unless I am using used ones, then they must go back in the same place they came out of.
