P0302 cylinder 2 misfire
P0341 Cam sensor circuit
p0401 Deals with EGR
P0404 and 405 both deal with the EGR circuit
P0420 TWC circiut low efficiency
P1404 EGR Pintle valve stuck open

I feel that the majority of the codes are caused by the P1404, pintle valve stuck open. Start by checking that. If you can't get it to function, replace it. Reset computer, retry, and see if any codes come back.
