my odometer light is not working everything else is though, i need to know if it is a bulb or what

there are no bulbs to replace , there are resistors on a circuit board that are loose or burnt , the resistors are about $1 for 5 at radio shack , dealer will charge about $300 to fix , there is or was a video on youtube showing how to replace them , if you want a more detailed explanation i can provide them .
