I'm having a little trouble with my 98 park avenue. I know whats wrong and i know the engine needs to be serviced soon. But anytime its on right now, the service engine soon light blinks and the warning dinger dings over and over again. makes for a very long drive, no matter how close the destination. I went to napa and the guy says he cant just pull the fuse because my lights are tied in to the same fuse. so what i want to know is, where is the damn wire for the dinger, and what color is it so i can get in there and cut the damn thing?

if the dinger is making noise your engine may be in serious trouble like low oil pressure. see what is making it ding first. your warning system is hooked to your body module so it cannot be disconnected.
