what would cause oil in the throttle body after the car dies running 55mph at 1100 rpm and wont crank over gf drives like a grandma and theres no overheating issues

You might have a problem with the crankcase breather or PCV system. It uses vacuum to relieve crancase pressure and if the PCV valve is stuck open or there is some other issue allowing oil into the throttle body which would be a restrictor that has failed it would suck oil into the TB.
Check the PCV system as it is diagramed under the hood of your car.
