my ashtray is stuck and not able to open it.

where is the fuse panel on the 1998 Buick La Saber so I can change a fuse that is blown out? How do you get a ashtray unstuck mine is stuck and not able to open it and how can i fix it. thank you Thank you.

There is one fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side and another on in the engine compartment. As for you ash tray, you just have to determine what is holding it back. This is not a common issue at all.
