How do I fix my left turn signal?

The left side blinker lights will not come on in my car. It is not the bulbs which I have tested. The right side blinker lights works fine as well as the hazard lights. The turn signal indicator on the dash board stays on constantly on the left turn signal indicator, but works like it should on the right side.

You have an open circuit on the left side-inspect the ground circuit on that side/bulb socket for corrosion
