Fault codes

I have a R5fcx3 code scanner and the code is: table 11, code 41: camshaft sensor and code: d4 vanos mechanically stuck, the engine is running fine, no loss of power at all, if I change the pulse generator camshaft will it solve the problem? I am a 1100km from the only BMW dealer and garage in Mozambique so I have to fix it myself.
