I am experiencing a rubbing\grinding noise from the rear right wheel, when I reach approx 25mph I don't hear it after 50mph and twice it has made a bumping noise like a flat tyre can you help

I would first remove that wheel and inspect drive shaft, hub and brakes, start here and post back if you find anything that needs explaining.
