went to the e-check and it failed because i have problems with the P0300, P0302, P0303. how much does it cost all together to repair?

Cost of the parts, whatever they are, plus the cost of labor, plus the cost of diagnosis.

These codes refer to misfires. You have an engine running problem and you didn't list the engine size. You didn't even bother to list the mileage so I can't make any generalizations to that. Asking what this is going to cost is like asking what my doctor is going to charge to take care of my pain.
