1998 Audi A6 fuel pump?

Wife's car died going out of the driveway, it has had the plugs, wires, battery, and fuel filter replaced within the year. Could this be fuel pump related? Plan on checking it out once I'm back in the states.

It could be the fuel pump or a few other things. However, the first thing I would check would be the fuel pump pressure to the engine to make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs. If it is, then check to see if there is spark to the plugs.
