the car was sitting for a few years with a powertran problem that's the least of my worries on the passenger side the window was left open so the passenger side was flooded filled with rainwater so i had to replace the p c m . I also replace the fuel pump relay because I was not getting any current from the fuel pump wire thinking that's why it would not start and still no electricity and not starting I put starter fluid into the intake and it crank over but did not stay running when I put the key in the ignition it just turns and will not start

You will have to check for power at the fuel pump, if you get a power pulse at the pump when you turn on the ignition and you have no pump action, the pump has failed.
