1998 Acura Slx Turn On Heat Car Hear Fan Kick Nothing Blows Out Vents Same

When I turn on the heat in the car I can hear the fan kick on but nothing blows out from the vents ... same when I try the a/c ... any ideas?

If the noise of fan kicking in is from outside, those are the cooling fans at radiator. What you need to be checking is the blower fan motor under dash.
