How can i change bulb in rear dashboard mounted brake light ?

Open trunk and look under the spot where the high mount brake light is. The bulb socket should be inside a hole on the panle. Twist the socket counterclockwise and pull it out. Bulb is plugged into socket.

I TRIED HARD WITH HAND TO TWIST THE SOCKET COUNTERCLOCKWISE BUT COULD NOT SUCCEED EVEN MY HAND WAS NEAR TO GET INJURED. IT DID NOT GET TWISTED, JUST SLIGHTLY MOVED ALMOST NONE. NOR I COULD DETACH THE WIRE CONNECTOR/ CLIP. PLEASE COMMENT. I WOULD BE THANKFUL

Use a long nose plier to assist. Do not force too hard. Space is tight so a little wiggling is required.
