There is a access panel in the trunk, remove the spare tire cover and you will see the access panel with 3 screws.

Alldata says you have to remove the fuel tank to access the pump, drain the fuel first and the pump comes out the top.

Removal & Installation (3.0CL)
Release fuel pressure.
Raise and support vehicle.
Remove heat shield.
Remove fuel tank drain bolt and empty fuel tank.
Disconnect lines.
Place a jack under tank.
Remove strap nuts, and allow straps to fall free.
Disconnect all electrical connectors.
Remove fuel tank.
If fuel tank sticks, carefully pry fuel tank off mount using a pry-bar.
Remove fuel pump mounting nuts and fuel pump.

To install, reverse removal procedure.
Install drain bolt with NEW washer.
Coat drain bolt with rubber sealer (Noxrust 124B ).
Allow rubber sealer (Noxrust 124B ) to dry for 20 minutes.

It isn't in the trunk. On the CL, you have to remove the tank to access it.

Where is the fuel pump and how do I get to it. I cant take off the back seat and don't know how to get to the fuel pump. So how do you get to it and how do you replace the fuel pump. I already have the fuel pump already I just need to find it and replace it.

The pump is in the fuel tank. I believe on your vehicle, the fuel tank needs to be removed so you can access the pump through the top of the tank.

Check and test fuse no.5/no.2 -see below and also test the main relay
