How to I do a remove of the cylinder head in order to repair?

The car is a 1998 Acura TL 5 cylinder. I cannot find out how to remove the head cylinder in order to repair

This is far to much to be writing here in detail, go get a workshop manual, this will give you all the information, pic and step by step instructions, not just on the head but any work you want to do in the future.

I have been a mechanic for 40 years and I know all the basics of how to remove the head. I need the specs for repairing the head and do not want to buy a manual which is why I donated to this website. If I cannot get a better response than "buy a manual" I want my money back.
