That depends highly on money and wether you are wanting to do a lot of modifying to the original engine bay. The 7th gen accord 3.0(03 - 07) has 240 HP stock, mod it up with cams, headers and cold air would push around 275 HP. You would probably have to swap out computer and tranny as well though with this swap.
