left my fuel cap off and now wont start lol.

97 volvo S90 left fuel cap off for two week died once started back drove for two days then started it and it died imediatly and wont start turns over is all dont hear fuel pump and no gas in pressure line at motor what could this be the pump,filter or rel

Chances are moisture got into the tank. Have you checked to see if there is fuel pressure to the engine?
