1997 Volvo 960 Trying Change Flat Tire On Front Driver S Side Removed Center

I am trying to change a flat tire on the front driver's side. I removed the center wheel cap and loosened all 5 lug nuts, but the wheel will not come off. what am i missing?

It's likely corroded to the hub. Use a large mall to bang on the inside tire sidewall, (not the wheel).
