Horn not working

My horn has stopped working. I used it and halfway through it cut out. What could be the problem and is there any way I could fix it without a mechanic?

You can check the fuse and the horn relay anything other than that-you'll be needing a mechanic

How would I check the fuse and the horn relay? Where would they be find as im pretty useless with anything mechanical?
