engine will not run. driving down the road the other day it just stopped runing. has fuel pressure and spark cranks over fine but will not start. replaced rotor and cp. removed a spark plug after trying to start several times the plug was dry. i expected it to be wet with gas. remved fuel line from fuel rail cranked engine over and fuel pumped out of line. also seems to have good comprision. so i'm confused as why it will not start.

You need to make sure there is enough fuel pressure first. Then, check to see if the injector is getting power. If it isn't getting power, it doesn't matter if you have fuel pressure.
