I filled the tank with gas. Now will not start. I have replaced fuel pump and filter.

Many times when this happens it is caused by the fuel pump. What happens is the fuel pump gets worn and when the cold fuel hits it the case shrinks and causes it to seize.

Check the fuse for the fuel pump. If you blew the fuel pump it is likely you took out the fuse with it.
