Car die when get hot

I have a 1997 jetta v6 it start fine run for 15 20 minutes when the engine get hot it die wont start again until it get cold what do you think is the problem

I know this is an old post, but in case someone else is reading this.

The Engine Speed Sensor or Crankshaft Position Sensor is the main
input to the engine computer (ECM). A faulty sensor will cause
stalling or no-start issues.

The sensor is located to the right of the oil filter housing and
looks like the attached image.
