Rear hub problem/humming noise from the rear tyres.

I have noticed recently that while driving my rear tyres make a humming like noise, sometimes it increases with acceleration prompting me to start considering the rear hub. How do I solve this? Could it be another bearing problem? 'Am tired of this bearing /rotary noise probs.
