How to get better fuel economy out of my 97 RAV4

so far I get about 370kms out of the top 3/4 of the tank,I never run it below a 1/4 of a tank just so I dont pick up any muck from the bottom of the tank

Oil change regularly. Air filter change yearly. Fuel filter change at same time.
