My toyota lucida has a problem loosing power when the revs dropbelow 1.5 is this expensive to fix as it keeps slowing down even though I have my foot on the gas

Without undertanding the cause of the problem, it is not possible to provide any costing. You need to diagnose and find out what is causing it.

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing?
Do you have any other issues?
