Hai I have a diesel turbo TX Prado landcruiser. with a very hard to start engine. what could be the problem. even after re heating it does not start right away. the engine compresion is good. and i have changed the diesel filter still.

Was anything done prior to this occurring?
Are the heater circuit working correctly?
Does manually pumping the fuel filter manual pump helps?
