1997 Toyota Other Vienta Camry Msx Vci 6cyl Front Left Indicator Working Back

My 1997 Toyota vienta/ camry msx vci 6cyl front left indicator is not working, at all, the back left indicator is flashing at strobe light speed and so is the internal indicator on the dashboard. What is wrong and how do i solve this problem? Thank you in advance for any help :)

Check the front signal bulb and its wiring if necessary. A fault with one of the bulbs would increase the blinking speed.
