1997 Toyota Landcruiser fuel pump

To replace fuel pump did I have to remove gas tank? ? Or is any other steps

Most likely the tank will need removed. There are very few vehicle that provided an access port under the rear seat to top of the fuel tank. Check for that just to see. However, I don't believe this vehicle has one.
