The engine starts but won't catch. There was a slight fume odor but no leak found. The battery tested fine

Replace spark plugs and make sure that you have a good spark, it may just be flooded, check air filter and run a scan for any codes start here and re post with findings for further assistance.

Thanks. It appears that there was moisture in the distributor. I sprayed some dryer and it has been running.
