I have a Toyota Corolla CSi 1997 1.6 which makes a bubbling noise from the Front Left Wheel. The noise can be felt only within the 30-35 kmph on speedometer. Rest of other time it is ok. I have changed the new tyre, but still no solution..

there are a couple of possibilities. one is a hub bearing starting to go bad. you need a shop to verify, simple if you know what to look for. the other is a possible outer cv joint failing. once again a shop needs to hear this noise to help pinpoint and give you a bid.
