the two lights remain on when the car engine is turned on and the horn is not working

what do i do to put off the "check" and SRS lights of toyota camry 1997 when they stay perpetually on?

the lights indicate a problem. you need to find out what the problems are and have them repaired. then the light will go off and stay off.
