1997 Toyota Camry help

When I am on certain roads or go over 50 mph my toyota jerks from left to right. I put 2 new tires on the back and it stopped for a while. But it has started again and now every now and then I here a pop and sometimes the car will shift when turning sharp.I am not sure where to start to look. The car has a lot of miles and I need a little more usege before I can get another one?

Check suspension on front then rear maybe stabilizer busing bad or ball joints
